In conclusion, this study suggests that the more stresses are placed on the nurses in emergency room than those in admission ward and the nurses in emergency room have less satisfaction on their job. To decrease the stresses the nurses working in emergency room have, many efforts are required on both individual and systematic sides, and the strategy to increase job satisfaction should be developed.
